BDO (Nth Qld) is one of the leading full service audit, tax and advisory firms in North Queensland, with a team of nine Partners and over 65 staff. What we look for in our Graduates

You will be an undergraduate in your final year of University and have the right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis.  You will also possess the following:

• Be studying towards a joint degree, being a Bachelor of Business / Commerce (Accounting) - Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Information Technology
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service at all times
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid academic achievement
• Strong work ethic
• Teamwork skills and problem solving abilities 
• High levels of attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Previous work experience
• Involvement in extracurricular activities 
• Motivation for continuous learning.

What happens once you apply?

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your application.  Our People & Culture team reviews each application individually.  Shortlisted applicants will receive an invitation to complete an online video interview.  The final shortlist will then be invited to a face-to-face (or phone / Skype) interview and will also be required to complete online testing.  2019 Graduate offers will then be made on Monday 14 May 2018.
