What we offer
We offer an exciting 2 year Graduate program featuring rotations in one of our following businesses:
- Convenience Retail (including merchandising, marketing, retail operation and management),
- Fuels and Infrastructure (including Engineering, logistics, analytics and operations), or
- Corporate (including professional services, HR, IT, Finance, Strategy, Legal and Corporate Affairs).
As well as invaluable hands on experience, you will participate in a placement onsite, and gain exposure to a wide range of business areas. We will provide you with the knowledge and development needed to succeed and put you on course to becoming a future leader at Caltex.

We are seeking highly motivated graduates from all disciplines. To be successful you will have strong communication skills, an outstanding approach to customer service and love working in a team environment.
