What we offer

We offer an exciting 2 year Graduate program featuring rotations in one of our following businesses:

  • Convenience Retail (including merchandising, marketing, retail operation and management),
  • Fuels and Infrastructure (including Engineering, logistics, analytics and operations), or
  • Corporate (including professional services, HR, IT, Finance, Strategy, Legal and Corporate Affairs).  

As well as invaluable hands on experience, you will participate in a placement onsite, and gain exposure to a wide range of business areas. We will provide you with the knowledge and development needed to succeed and put you on course to becoming a future leader at Caltex.

Pros

Cons

    • Relatively slow decision making due to bureaucratic control.

    • A high proportion of people involved in making tough decisions, execution of plans usually takes more time.

    • Room for improvement in the technology space i.e. BYOD.

    • The lack of training provided for Graduates.
