We currently have some vacancies, based in NSW, for our DC Graduate Program.
This program is a unique fast paced two year development program accelerating graduates into our next generation of senior operational leaders. You will develop your people and commercial leadership skills as well as enjoying plenty of support to turn big ideas into memorable customer experiences.
The Coles DC Graduate Program places you at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring thousands of products get to customers across the nation every single day. From picking to planning and inventory management, our DC Graduates not only get the operational skills they need to be great managers in our DCs, but also all the experiences needed to become brilliant people leaders of big teams that put our stores and customers first.
At the end of this two year program, you will be on track to landing a Senior Operational Leadership position.

Working in a small team of like-minded people, I am exposed to a vast range of projects, tasks and challenges. Despite being only four months into my graduate program, I already feel a sense of worth amongst my colleagues.

Cons
Technology can be slow at times
It is a large organisation so if you are not proactive then you can get lost.
At times there's long working hours - but you'd get that in any workplace!
Distribution of resources. Some departments are overworked, specifically merchandise.
The amount of bureaucracy and red tape. Large organisations are very hard to make agile
At the moment, there are no standouts, but it does seem like a small minority of employees can fall into the trap of being quite inward-looking (avoiding direct competitors and showing bias)
