The CASE Asia-Pacific Educational Fundraising Graduate Trainee Program is an exciting way to launch your career in fundraising and provides you an opportunity to advance education to transform lives and society. This prestigious fully paid program will begin in March 2019 for 12-months at a premier Australian institution.

What you will benefit from this program:

This is a fixed-term contract and provides you with all-around training. You will be employed and working full-time at one of our partner institutions for the practical on-the-job training. You will enjoy support from CASE Asia-Pacific who will manage the program and provide the formal training and mentoring throughout the program. 

Duration of trainee program: 12 months (from March 2019)

What we expect you to be:

You are a recent graduate/about to graduate/professional in early or mid-career, confident and creative with highly effective communication abilities with the ability to work in Australia. You are goal-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and work well in a team. You must be able to respond to the needs of a dynamic work environment to effectively progress through this program. Previous experience in fundraising is desirable but not essential. There will also be a four-week secondment to another university during the program. 

Eligibility criteria:

Applicants must meet the following basic eligibility criteria for the CASE Asia-Pacific Graduate Trainee Program:

  • Have a demonstrable interest in fundraising, campaigning or events management
  • Must possess a legible right to work in Australia for more than two years
  • Must be willing to work in any of the specified regions in Australia
