Pros and cons of working at FDM Group AU Testing

Pros

  • Full of opportunities. Supportive staff

  • I gained a lot of technical skills

  • Potential foot in the door of desired company and relocation reimbursement

  • Access to an array of blue-chip financial companies that otherwise would've been too competitive to enter via internal graduate programs

  • The stories that I get day-to-day. I work in a high-pressure environment and I truly believe it brings out the best in me and my colleagues. We all look back and laugh at our decisions

  • We get trained in Software Development principles and languages, including SQL, Bash and Java. We also have the option to learn JavaScript, html and CSS in our own time, which is helpful with the projects

Cons

    • We have to go through further rounds of interviews to be placed with a client once training is over
