As far as I am aware, the graduate salary is very good and competitive within the graduate market average

Our graduate salary meets market rate. My role doesn't receive bonuses. The salary I am moving to off the graduate program is in line with market rate and a significant increase from graduate salary which is fantastic and makes me feel valued.

Pay is fair and they are always willing to listen to requests for a pay rise when their are facts and figures to back this up
