THE OPERATIONS ANALYST PROGRAM
The Analyst Program has been designed to combine business, technical and professional skills training with a wide-ranging platform of development opportunities to give you a broad portfolio of business management skills. Starting with both firmwide and Operations-specific orientations, the program provides a comprehensive schedule of formal training. Alongside this formal training, you will continue to benefit from peer mentoring, networking opportunities and a range of challenging developmental assignments that will take you outside your day-to-day responsibilities.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Goldman Sachs recruits highly motivated graduates who can demonstrate outstanding achievements in academic and extra-curricular activities. A background in finance is not a pre-requisite.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Japanese language skills (spoken and written) required interacting with Japanese speaking colleagues and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • No full time work experience (excluding internship experience)
  • Interest and passionate in working in financial industry 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic global environment with a focus on teamwork
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to grasp complex issues, interpret information and communicate commercial and operational issues
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and changing organization
  • A proactive approach and a high level of enthusiasm
  • Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office software
