I am paid well for a law graduate.

Very competitive from a graduate point of view

It was the lowest paying offer I received but that's not to say it was inadequate. When combined with firm culture and other perks you receive (such as physical and mental wellbeing activities; financial advice; work/life balance etc.) it makes the slightly lower pay worth it. I'd rather be earning less and be happy than earning more and working like a dog in a top tier

There are no bonuses
