About the Opportunity

This opportunity offers you what few others can –a supportive path towards becoming a business owner as a Proprietor of a Harvey Norman franchise.

As a Harvey Norman Graduate, you will be engaged in real work to learn the many facets of what owning a franchised business involves - Customer service, sales, business operations, building relationships, and developing your leadership and management skills with the aim of giving you every opportunity to achieve outstanding success.

Teamed up with the best people, you will learn from high-achieving, high-income earning individuals that pride themselves on mentoring and facilitating the success of new talent.

During the 12 months, you will be employed by leading retail franchised businesses in different lines of business. You will have the opportunity to attend training and meet senior Leaders within the Franchisor office, to learn even about how to excel in retail.

Are you eligible?

To qualify you must have:

• Completed a degree within the last 3 years
• The right to work in Australia
• A credit average or above
• The flexibility to travel and willingness to move locations within Australia
• The ability to commence full-time work in February 2020
• Work experience in a retail environment is an advantage but not essential
