We are currently seeking applications for our 2021 Graduate Program with opportunities available across Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulics), Constructions Management, Information Technology, Business and Commercial Analysts and Legal Counsel.

Based in our Hobart office you will participate in a structured 2 or 3 year program depending on your graduate stream. We provide rotation opportunities across Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy (Melbourne), Entura and on-site at our power stations across Tasmania. These structured rotations will depend on your position, and will allow you to gain broad experience across our business.

What you'll do

  • Rotate through various functions and opportunities across our Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy and Entura business units;
  • Have the opportunity to work in Hobart, Melbourne and at various locations around regional Tasmania;
  • Further Australia's renewable energy transition through projects like Battery of the Nation;
  • Attend professional development and networking events with your peers.

What you'll bring

  • A recent (graduated within the previous 2 years) or upcoming degree in Arts, Business, Data Science, Economics, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Mechatronic & Renewable), Environmental Science, Finance, ICT, IT, Law, Mathematics, MBA, Social Science
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to stretch yourself and grab hold of opportunities;
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills;
