The Engineering, Technology & Innovation (ETI) business group is a newly created function that will enable John Holland to harness knowledge, capability and innovation to create competitive advantage through uniqueness and global competitiveness. As ETI grows with the business, we are looking for passionate people with a focus on creating intuitive solutions through innovative design and development.

As an IT Graduate you will be working as part of a team of professionals with a diverse range of skills focusing on the full development lifecycle of a project. John Holland is a large consumer of AWS products; part of this role will be understanding and developing code to work in AWS with services such as CloudFormation, API Gateway and Lambda.

Our John Holland Global Graduate Program provides an opportunity to gain well-rounded experience both in technical and soft skills, whilst working for one of Australia's leading and most diverse engineering, construction and services providers. Throughout the two-year program you will be supported through soft skills development, on-the-job experience and training, and opportunities to build lasting relationships with senior leaders representing John Holland's diverse operations. Our projects are located in both metropolitan and regional areas, so it is essential that you are prepared to relocate if required.
