If you enjoy collaborating and identifying ways to improve processes, then our Corporate Analyst Development Program is right for you. You'll work with a variety of professionals to drive growth, make sure operations are effective and manage risk while maintaining the highest standards.
You'll start with hands-on training, and then participate in one of the program's core disciplines – analytics, project management, process improvement, and risk and control – in one of our Corporate and Investment Bank Operations teams. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer program.

Decent amount of pressure
Working for such a large company it can sometimes feel like you are a small fish in a big pond, however, I think the firm is good at acknowledging this and actively encourages their junior staff to design their own initiatives or engage in a leadership role in extracurricular programs that are endorsed by the firm.
Culture could be better
The work-life balance, as is to be expected is demanding. But it's investment banking - you know what you're signing up for.
