Managers make it very clear that they care & are there to help. They are good mentors. However, hierarchy makes it hard for things to move along sometimes.

Managers make efforts to get to know everyone, regardless of experience level. Senior management are very interested in graduates

I am satisfied with my managers. I'm able to go to them and ask questions and they give me time, along with constructive feedback and recognition.

There is a range of management within the department to discuss questions, so any questions I have are easily answered

Direct managers are easily approachable and easy to contact. This is the same for Area/Project managers. Anything above the project manager you get little interaction with. However, the managing director is the same as the direct manager in that he is very approachable and is interested in how everyone is doing and what they are working on.

I have always had great, friendly managers. Due to the nature of the grad program, I have had four different managers in 3 years. I am yet to be stuck with a manager I can't get along with. There are good role models abound within each discipline/skillset.

Performance plans and reviews are mandated by HR but taken seriously and both management and yourself have input. Yearly safety based recognition & awards as well.

Current manager has assisted in work related feedback guidance along with any personal advice.

All managers so far are very approachable and always willing to help. With regards to performance feedback, grads do a 6 monthly performance appraisal with their corresponding manager and create a performance plan after that.

manager is good and very helpful, but sometimes everyone gets busy so you need to speak up to get help
