Cons
Probably the travel but that is more of a problem on my end.
When given so much freedom it can be hard to know which way to go. Fortunately, there are plenty of people happy to answer questions to help you find out.
Only been here a month so can't say I've seen anything negative so far.
When awesome people leave and join other companies.
The transition from acceleration -> crew rotations -> associate is very manual and not well supported. The individual graduate has to find their own way and sometimes it's a hit and miss where they end up.
