The Graduate program has a set duration so moving up the rank occurs post "Graduation" never the less the amount of responsibilities and early accountability does increase dramatically during the graduate program and you will often take carriage of a number of elements with monitored assistance from supervisors.

There are lots of abilities for promotion and career progression within Probuild. As I am still a graduate the programme is a focus for me, however in understanding the roles and responsibilities of my peers their pathway through the business is quite prospective.

Depending on which steam you fall into, it can be quite hard, however I think if you put in the effort the company will eventually recognize and reward you.

The company is good at promoting staff, the company is a big promoter of personal growth and providing opportunities for people to challenge and prove themselves so that they are prepared for new roles.

Promotion possibilities are dependent on the opportunities given to a individual, I find if you want the opportunity you need to initiate the idea to your PM or supervisor.

I'm not too sure at this point in time as I am still a graduate and haven't gotten promoted yet. I do think that people who work really hard are rewarded.

Recognition of efforts and performance are always noted. Promotions are common. I believe strong commitment, performance and leadership are some of the key areas required to move up the ranks.
