What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
Procommunity has been developed for workplace giving to selected foundations of our choice. In addition each year graduates around Australia team up to complete a build for a cause. There are also soup kitchens and other volunteering initiatives which are completed throughout the year.

Probuild has a program called ProCommunity, this promotes Workplace giving which is a salary sacrifice initiate that the company matches dollar for dollar. There is also a large group that volunteers and the soup kitchen throughout the year. Also annually the grads run a community project which uses our expertise and connections to build/renovate a project for those in need. Last year we also built a cubby house for Kids under Cover auction. My site team also entered into the Bird Man Rally and raised over $20k for RSPCA. There are many other fundraisers throughout the year.
