7.2 rating for Salary, based on 17 reviews
What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
As a graduate your pay mirrors the experience that you have. There are yearly bonuses and pay reviews. It is tough to expect a big pay rise as a grad.
Graduate, Perth - 16 Feb 2018
Probuild provide a reasonable salary for a first year grad, but you are working significant hours. The ability for bonuses, progression and pay rises is based on your own initiative after the grad program. The ability for career progression is definitely available.
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Feb 2018
I think Bonuses could be a little bit better and more tailored to the individual rather than the Project they are working on
Midlevel, Melbourne - 16 Feb 2018
It's reasonable for the industry and definitely on the higher end compared to other industries, however, the hours are also a lot higher in construction. When averaged out over total working hours, it's quite mediocre.
Graduate, Sydney - 16 Feb 2018
Salary is competitive. Once you factor in how many hours you work, the hourly rate is not great.
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Feb 2018
Starting wage is pretty good.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2018
The pay is above average for our industry.

I am not too fussed on my pay as a Junior Employee. From what I understand, it is a good salary for someone in my position.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2018
2nd graduate increase was nice however for the hours that are asked I believe the pay to be on the low side.
Graduate, Perth - 12 Feb 2018
I earned more money in a part time job working 3 days a week during my university degree but Probuild provide reasonable pay for inexperienced graduates. Discussions or ball park figures about pay post graduate programme would make financial planning a lot easier though.
Graduate, Perth - 12 Feb 2018
Pay industry average or higher.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
I have been invited to events by subcontractors like sporting events etc. The company hosts quarterly business updates and also a Christmas event.
Graduate, Perth - 16 Feb 2018
Some of the best perks at Probuild would include: - Free PT every week - The relationship we have with the Richmond Football Club - Social/Corporate days - Invitations to corporate dinners and award events
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Feb 2018
The perks are quite standard. Haven't personally been exposed to any perks out of the norm yet.
Graduate, Sydney - 16 Feb 2018
Team functions, activities, team lunches
Midlevel, Melbourne - 16 Feb 2018
Christmas events are a lot of fun! We also have team functions every now and then.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2018
The team building days. Often get free lunches and / or dinners
Midlevel, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2018
I've received a box ticket to the football twice. 1 ticket to the races. 2 bottles of wine at Christmas and beers throughout the year. Break up day is always enjoyable.
Graduate, Perth - 12 Feb 2018
Free movie tickets are offered along with many social activities.
