What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
There have been a lot on initiatives to help out and fundraise for numerous not for profits and charities, with people of all levels participating.

There is a movement to providing skilled volunteering to not-for-profits. There are also 'socially relevant' reports and pieces of research published by the firm. There is also a movement to define the organisation as having societal relevance - the CSR aspect of this is not clear however.

There are many diversity projects around the firm. There are a lot of research, committees and partnerships the firm has. However, as I previously mentioned, a lot of this seemed to be more centered around talk than tangible actions.
