The Sanofi Internship Program is a paid six-month program for undergraduates where you will gain hands-hands on' training through real-world experience in your chosen area of study.

Working 2-3 days a week alongside a supportive team, we will collaborate with you during this time to develop your skills in preparation for your entry into the corporate world.

As an intern, you will have a setlist of objectives and tasks to work towards. A designated mentor will work closely with you throughout the program, providing regular meetings to go over completed work and create a vision for future goals. You will also have monthly catch-ups and workshops with fellow interns to develop your soft skills

Our Digital team is now seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to assist with developing new approaches to streamlining IT processes and communications. You will also be involved in analysing digital and e-commercial data to provide insights and recommendations to drive the success of the Sanofi digital team.

This role would be ideal for a student looking to develop entry-level skills for a career as a Business Systems Analyst. You must be able to commit to working at least 2 days a week at our offices in Macquarie Park.

Your priorities in this role will include:

  • Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
  • Interpreting analytics and communicating this to non-technical audiences.
  • Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations using Google Analytics, Excel and other business intelligence tools.
  • Reviewing and simplifying existing IT processes in order to create engaging playbooks.
  • Tracking KPIs across commercial and marketing division.
  • Analysing datasets and drawing insights on business performance to drive actions based on recommendations.
  • Composing concise and compelling reports on business activity.
  • Developing and supporting testing processes to optimise digital activity.
  • Setting up, maintaining and tracking tags using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Selection Criteria:

  • You must be currently in your penultimate year of an undergraduate degree studying Business Analytics, Digital Business, Information Systems, IT or Commerce or similar
  • Understand how to analyse data from various data sources (social, web, SEO, affiliate, e-commerce)
  • Quick to understand process & Systems Orientated
  • Analytical mind-set with digital interest and skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
  • Proactive personality and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive, with an excellent attitude and can-do approach
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise your workload efficiently
