Your Role

We have a great opportunity in our team based in Perth where you would be contributing to the success of multiple projects across our Retirement Living and Residential businesses. As a Development Graduate at Stockland you be working with our broader Development team and gain exposure to our key developments and gain experience across Civil/Land, Residential and Built Form.

This is an interesting and varied Graduate opportunity where you will partner with and be developed by a talented Development Manager and a broader support team across all stages of the development lifecycle. This role is based in Perth but will require travel to the various developments.

 About You

 We are open to a degree in: 

  • Property Economics
  • Bachelor of Business Major in Property 
  • Bachelor of Applied Science – Property and Valuations or related disciplines.

In addition, we are looking for graduates with the following attributes:

  • A thirst to learn and a willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • High levels of resilience, flexibility, intuitiveness and a customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • A strong alignment to our values of community engagement and giving

To be eligible to apply to the Stockland Graduate Program you must:

  • be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia
  • have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree 2016 or 2017
  • be available to commence employment with Stockland in February 2018
  • be able to complete key stages of the recruitment process online and in person in the months of October/November
