Training & Personal Development at Western Power

Very unsatisfied with trainings we are exposed to. Very limited training programs. Would like to receive more training; especially technical training.

I am provided with both internal training and have the option to participate in external training programmes.

I'm not familiar with formal training programmes.

The training I have completed already is well prepared and executed

I have not received any formal training. People are happy to help informally train.

On the job training. Opportunities for external training if you want.

I've done IP networking training, first aid, substation entry. There is lots of training available if you choose to do it.

The business has been very supportive of providing training opportunities to its employees. In each area, I've seen at least 2 training opportunities being made available.
