Graduate, Auckland - 30 Oct 2017
Highly committed, but better than that it's mostly a non-issue and everyone gets a fair go. I understand from being around other colleagues that things like balancing a family and work are quite possible, though there are probably still improvements that could be made.

It seems everyone is treated as an equal

Very limited Aboriginal presence. LGBT is not very openly discussed so I cannot comment.

Diversity Council, mostly focused on gender equality. Push for women in senior positions
Graduate, Sydney - 30 Oct 2017
We actively try to use ethnic minorities as suppliers. Gender issues are discussed regularly and the company stance on LGBT and respect to all is clear. There appears to be no bias as to who is/isn't recruited, however efforts are being made to increase indigenous population within the company.

Don't see any issue with this. I believe currently quite good.

There are some great diversity initiatives within the company, however these don't always translate to every office. The company's maternity leave policy is good. Unsure of paternity leave arrangements.

It's about 50/50 with males to females in the Environment sector, there is a diverse range of ethnicities and everyone is welcoming.

No one is discriminated against as such, but there is always room for improvement

Definitely no issues in terms of recruitment, etc. Just a fact that in my team I am the youngest and only female.

Large emphasis on Diversity Council and hiring women in higher proportions.
