Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
The graduate program is not as highly structured as I understand many other large companies to be. There's still plenty of training and opportunities for development.

Did not have a senior person for several months.

There are a variety of training programmes and company funded Project Management training (internal), with scope to continue to external accredited PM training

There is no training that will help someone on Project.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 30 Oct 2017
Limited opportunities for training. The training I have done is very basic and boring, it's not detailed and doesn't really improve my skillset or understanding, just reiterates what I most often already know.
Graduate, Sydney - 30 Oct 2017
Mainly informal training. mainly design skills, learnt along the way. at the start of a job the manager will give an example of computations and go from there with any question along the way.
Graduate, Melbourne - 25 Oct 2017
Good focus on training (business priority), but poor execution. Formal training is a waste of time generally. Informal on the job learning opportunities are available if you seek them out.
Graduate, Brisbane - 23 Oct 2017
Training is great, and there are plenty of opportunities to further your business or technical skills.
Graduate, Brisbane - 23 Oct 2017
Hands on learning in the field is best, and doing it yourself as someone explains how to works for me. I have learned time management, project management, business skills-dealing with subcontractors.
Graduate, Newcastle - 20 Oct 2017
Received some small formal training in old position, but everything else has been self taught
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Oct 2017
Been working for 10 months and still no formal training has been allocated to me even though I need it for some of the work I do.
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Oct 2017
There is internal training but also senior engineers willing to put time in.
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Oct 2017
Grad workshop was a good opportunity although the content could have been more interactive.
Graduate, sydney - 18 Oct 2017
There are some training courses available for those who choose to pursue them
Graduate, Brisbane - 18 Oct 2017
Need basis and self driven
Midlevel, Melbourne - 18 Oct 2017
The company has extensive training programs it is almost impossible to list them all. I am constantly learning everyday
Graduate, Canberra - 17 Oct 2017
Unstructured and random training.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 17 Oct 2017
We have a training budget however it is like trying to get blood from a stone which is disappointing. I know in other teams this is not the case and if they ask for training it is not to hard to get approval
