Entry Requirement:

Graduate Diploma of Medical Sonography, or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution, where the medium of instruction is English; or

Graduate Diploma of Echocardiography, or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution, where the medium of instruction is English.

• Current employment in maintenance engineering/maintenance/asset management
• Graduate Certificate of Asset and Maintenance Management; OR
• an Associate Diploma or Degree in engineering, technology or applied science with either:-
  • minimum 12 months relevant asset/ maintenance management experience OR
  • minimum 3 years relevant experience in maintenance engineering

Applicants are required to provide evidence of completion within the last 5 years of:

* a secondary qualification (Year 11 or 12, or equivalent), or

* bachelor level qualification study for a period of at least 2 years full-time with a minimum overall GPA 4.0

completed within Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, or the United States of America, which will meet the English proficiency.

If you do not satisfy any of the above you will need to undertake an English language proficiency test and achieve the following scores as below.

• An International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) overall band score of at least 6.5 overall with a minimum 6.0 for Reading and Writing and 6.0 for Speaking and Listening, or

• An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components.

English test results remain valid for no more than two years between final examination date and the date of commencement of study and must appear on a single result certificate.

This Course requires an advanced knowledge of English, including a thorough understanding of grammar. Students will be required to complete both written and oral assessments, with a high expectation of English proficiency.

Entry requires a 3-year bachelor's degree from an Australian University or College or equivalent, and professional experience in the facilitation of the learning of others for at least 3-years; or a 4-year bachelor's degree from an Australian university or college or equivalent.

The course is 1200 hours. This is a hyperflexible course that is available 24/7 and 365 days a year to support the self-paced study by students.

Prospective students must have successfully completed an accredited initial teacher education course offered by an Australian university or an initial teacher education course recognised for the purposes of eligibility for teacher registration in an Australian state or territory.

Physics, Graphics, Mathematics C

To be eligible for entry into this course, applicants must have:

• A completed Bachelor degree in any discipline from an Australian University or college, or equivalent; or
• A completed CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Information Systems, or equivalent; or
• A completed CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Information Technology, or equivalent.

English Language Proficiency Requirements:

If you were not born in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa or United States of America, you are required to meet the English Language Proficiency requirements set by the University.

Applicants are required to provide evidence of completion of:

• a secondary qualification (Year 11 or 12, or equivalent), or
• Bachelor level qualification study for a period of at least 2 years full time with a minimum overall GPA 4.0

completed within Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland or United States of America.

If you do not satisfy any of the above, you will need to undertake an English language proficiency test and achieve the following scores:

• An International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) overall band score of at least 6.0 with a minimum 5.5 in each subset; or
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Requires 550 or better overall and minimum TWE score of 4.5 (Paper Based Test), or 75 or better overall and no score less than 17 (Internet Based Test); or
• Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) - Requires an overall score of 54 with no sub-score less than 46; or
• An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components.

English test results remain valid for no more than two years between final examination date and the date of commencement of study, and must appear on a single result certificate.

Successful completion of a three year, six term equivalent undergraduate chiropractic course accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education Australasia (CCEA).

While the CQUniversity Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) is specifically sequenced for optimal articulation, other accredited bachelor courses will be considered.

Students not born in Australia are required to meet an English Language prerequisite by:

- an academic IELTS completed within the last 2 years (from the term you are applying to start) with a minimum achievement of 7.0 in each band and overall; or

- a secondary or university qualification which is not more than 5 years old (from the term you are applying for entry in to) with a satisfactory level of achievement of at least 2 years in duration from Australia.

To be eligible to enrol in this course applicants must be referred by the AHPRA/NMBA to undertake "a board approved re-entry to practice program". A copy of this referral must be supplied with your application. NMBA/AHPRA referrals have an expiry date, therefore, applicants are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient time to complete the course (including work-integrated learning). Domestic students from non-English speaking backgrounds may be required to undertake an academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with a minimum achievement of 7 across all bands and overall prior to undertaking their clinical placement. This is in order to meet Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council standard 5.6. At the discretion of the Head of Course, students may be referred to an internal English short course at their own expense. This is in order to meet Australia Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council standard 2.2.

Students must seek permission from the Head of Course to be enrolled in full-time study. Part-time study does not require approval.

It is strongly recommended that students have computer literacy skills and can write in English at an academic level. Prior experience of online learning will be of benefit to students enrolled in this course.

Students are expected to commit to 12.5 hours per week, per unit, therefore, students who have multiple time commitments are strongly encouraged to study part-time.

These must have been completed within Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, or United States of America, which will meet the English proficiency.

If you do not satisfy any of the above, you will need to undertake an English language proficiency test and achieve the following scores:

• An International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) overall band score of at least 6.0 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each subset; or
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Requires 550 or better overall and minimum TWE score of 4.5 (Paper Based Test), or 75 or better overall and no score less than 17 (Internet Based Test); or
• Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) - Requires an overall score of 54 with no sub-score less than 46; or
• An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components; or
• Cambridge Certificate in advanced English (CAE) - Score of 180 or above; or
• Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English - Score of 200 or above; or
• Combined Universities Language Test (CULT) - 70% with no individual component score of less than 15.

English test results remain valid for no more than two years between final examination date and the date of commencement of study, and must appear on a single result certificate.
